Packaging and Labeling:
Packed in 25kg or 200kg blue plastic drums. Each drum shall bear a label on the front indicating the product name (2-Acetylthiophene), quality grade, inspector, net weight, and date of manufacture. An analysis test report (see appendix for format) shall be provided with each batch, specifying the manufacturer's name, batch number, and quality grade.
Storage and Transportation:
The product shall be stored in sealed containers under nitrogen, protected from light, at a low temperature of 2–8°C. The shelf life is 24 months. During storage and transportation, precautions shall be taken against fire, moisture, rain, and direct sunlight. Do not mix with acids, alkalis, or oxidizing/corrosive substances to avoid product deterioration. Handle with care during transport to prevent damage to the plastic packaging drums.
