Packaging and Labeling:
2-Thiophenecarboxylic acid is mainly used as an intermediate in anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and anticancer pharmaceuticals, as well as an organic synthesis reagent. It is packaged in PE plastic bags placed inside fiberboard drums, with a net weight of 25 kg per drum. Each drum shall bear a label on the front indicating the product name, quality grade, inspector, net weight, and date of manufacture. An analysis test report (see appendix for format) shall be provided with each batch.
Storage and Transportation:
The shelf life of 2-thiophenecarboxylic acid is 24 months. It shall be stored in sealed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from ignition sources and heat. Avoid contact with oxidants, reducing agents, alkalis, and metals. Its waste is classified as hazardous solid waste.
